Accurately assessing the flow of work, which is a formula appropriately followed, will quickly turn an organization around and save a company unless it is already financially dead! The cost-benefit ratio is uncalculatable when all considered.
Learned the hard way in Vietnam, all problems start will an incomplete or incorrect picture of what is, usually created by opinions and assumptions rather than direct skilled observations.

How to Find the Right Employees
Nothing is more important than finding the right people except making sure the wrong people never hired; we consider more important. If you have people problems, remember who employed them! Finding the right people, and hiring the right people is a senior executive responsibility, relegated to incompetent people when it is a team effort of some importance.
Human resources are notoriously bad at hiring the right people. Usually, the blind is leading the blind who are untrained low perception people.

Getting people placed in the right Zone by personality is a new idea and will make a big difference in communication and employee satisfaction as a determinant of employee retention.
Long-standing problems have unresolved reasons found by research earlier and earlier on the chain of related data until the source we call the XPoint.
There are two senior XPoints to locate in each Zone. That means eight senior key point to reinforce or remove. One is negative one positive for the company. Most consultants look at financials in arrears, so they are well away from current time, therefore make a mistake by not locating the most effective point, we call the XPoint with which to correct or fine-tune an organization. In this way, cash flow is not affected negatively.
